How does this work?

We do have our own in-house Realtor Referral service, which gives us to opportunity to refer our customers nationwide to most Real Estate agencies. Most of these Realtors will pay us a commission for the referrals, which we are applying partially toward your furniture purchase or simply give you cash-back. If you or a friend uses our FREE Referral Service  to buy/or sell  a house anywhere in the US, we will e-mail you a list with screened Real Estate Agents  that belong to the National Association of Realtors (almost every Realtor belongs to this Network). Your friend or you will choose the Real Estate Agent,  we will call them do the necessary paperwork for FREE for you.
You or someone you know may potentially use these Real Estate agents anyway, but there would be no cash reward without our referral service.
 

When will I get paid?

As soon the sale is final. And once the commission is paid (outside of Colorado Springs usually 10 business days) If you or a friend buys or sells a property in Colorado Springs through my company, you will get paid much more and only 2 days after closing. As soon this happens, we will send a check to you in the mail, or apply the money toward your next future furniture purchase.

How much will I get paid?

Is the money paid for any property sold?

The property bought has to be listed with a Realtor, so that a commission is paid.

If you are in Colorado Springs, commissions will be negotiable with “For Sale by Owner Listings”

Are there lists for every town available?

Yes, most likely!

How do I find people looking to buy or sell a home?

Just talk to as many people as possible and you will be surprised of how many people do know someone that is moving and looking to buy a house.!

Are there any fees involved for me or the person I do refer?

NO

Do I have to stay with this Real Estate Agent?

No, absolutely not! You call us and we will immediately do another free referral for you to another Agent.
